Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Description: Provide professional and responsive support to both local and remote employees. Install, configure, support, back-up, and maintain computer hardware, software, servers, networks, printers, and IT peripherals. Set up accounts for new users and assist current employees with computer issues. Repair and replace equipment as needed. Test new technologies to ensure they meet the company’s needs. Respond promptly to service issues and requests. Meticulously document IT procedures and processes. User Onboarding/Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective. Availability for shift work as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. IT service delivery experience preferred, Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to provide excellent support and service to users. Able to quickly identify and resolve basic issues, ensuring minimal disruption and user satisfaction. Capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing pressure effectively. Strong attention to detail with efficient task prioritisation skills. Commitment to ongoing self-development and learning.
