The company also has locations in Brisbane and Sydney. The company office is located on St Kilda Road and is currently recruiting for an Assistant General Manager.
Duties include:
- Assisting in scheduling and organizing the company manager's calendar, including meetings, appointments and business events.
- Follow up and handle mail, phone calls and emails from internal and external sources, relaying important information in a timely manner.
- Assist in drafting and organizing documents, reports and presentations to ensure accuracy and standardization.
- Assist in handling administrative matters within the company, including document management, office supply procurement, etc.
- Assist in coordinating cooperation and communication between departments to facilitate the smooth running of work.
- Assist in planning and organizing internal company events and team building activities.
Position Requirements:
- Relevant working experience is preferred, careful, patient, enthusiastic and open-minded.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with people at different levels.
- Good organizational and time management skills, able to multi-task and maintain high efficiency.
- Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality of work.
- Preferably able to drive.
