Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job Descriptions： Providing personal care (e.g., showering and dressing) to promote health and well-being. Medication administration & assistance. Meal preparation, cleaning, cooking, shopping, and other household duties (the small stuff makes a huge difference!) Supporting social access such as taking clients to appointments and helping them pursue social/leisure activities. Working to meet the unique needs of the client by following their individualized care plans and helping them achieve their defined goals. Requirements： A genuine passion to make a difference in someone’s day – ideally within a similar type role. At least 1-2 years prior experience gained within a similar role (across aged care or disability.) Competent is hoisting and transfers. Effective communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal. Ability to assist someone with their day-to-day activities. NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain – we can help there if required.) Current Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions. A reliable, roadworthy, licensed and fully insured vehicle.
