Job Descriptions： Help clients with daily personal care tasks. Assist with mobility aids and equipment. Ensure that clients take their prescribed medications as directed by healthcare professionals. Plan and prepare meals for clients. Assist with household chores. Help clients with transportation, such as driving them to appointments, activities, or social outings. Assist clients in using various assistive devices. Requirements： • Current Working with Children Check • Police Clearance Check • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate • Empathetic Personality • Personal and Professional Integrity • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Higher or other relevant qualification • At least 2 years of work experience in the field • Current First Aid Certificate
