Job Descriptions： • Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for the team • Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes • Work with key stakeholders (e.g. owners, developers, contractors) to ensure project completion within budget and deadlines • Manage procurement, tendering and bidding processes • Estimate costs for multiple civil construction projects including quantity take-off and pricing Requirements： Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management On-site experience is desired Strong leadership and organisational qualities Ability to think quickly and react accordingly Must have good communication and teamwork skills Proficient in AUTOCAD & Civil 3D design software;
