Job Descriptions： • Act as a problem solver and strategic thinker. • Have a passion for and be excited by creative ideas! • Work with people, and learn how to get the best out of people. • Create confident documentation, including costings, briefs, scopes, and presentations. • Work with internal teams to define scope and resource requirements of projects. • Produce accurate timelines with flagged milestones. • Manage relationships well (internally and externally) finding the best solution possible Work with the client’s third-party agencies and suppliers to jointly scope, manage and deliver campaigns when appropriate. • Assess the time and financial impact of changes and communicate these confidently to clients when necessary. Requirements: • 3+ years’ experience in a brand or performance agency • Strong communication and presentation skills • Excellent project management skills • Creative and production background
