Job Descriptions:
Create, craft, and produce bread, rolls, savoury and sweet pastries, and distinctive artisan bread.
Oversee oven temperatures, speed settings, mixing machines, and other baking apparatus.
Ensure sufficient stock of all concocted products
Confirm that food surfaces and baking apparatus adhere to all health and safety standards.
Sanitize and upkeep baking tools, utensils, and equipment.
Arrange baked items in mobile carts according to outlet requirements.
Requirements:
Relevant Australian qualifications in Baking, Pastry Arts, or similar.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Australian bakery industry.
Expertise in a variety of baking techniques, with a strong focus on quality.
Meticulous attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively.
