Position Requirements:
1.Possess a Bachelor's Degree or above in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering or related fields.
2.Possess at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, familiar with all types of construction materials, understanding of plumbing and electrical installation process technology, etc.
3.Familiar with materials, processes and industry standards for construction.
4.Excellent project management skills, including schedule management, cost control and resource allocation.
5.Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
6.Strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, able to work efficiently under pressure.
7.Proficient in the use of project management software and office software.
