Job Descriptions: • Analysing and understanding market trends to determine the product mix. • Managing the products by organising, ordering and controlling stock. • Developing business strategies and making decisions to maximise revenue of the business. • Evaluating and analysing the relative popularity of the products. • Reviewing buying trends, customer needs and profitability trends • Planning and managing budgets for the store. • Keeping track of sales, register receipts, and financial data • Marketing merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years experience as a Retail/Store Manager. • Relevant academic qualification – Diploma in Business/Hospitality/Management or equivalent. • High level of flexibility with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and manage unexpected challenges, • Strong focus on delivering exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive experience. • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and corporate stakeholders effectively.
