Job Descriptions： • Accompanying our Clients during daily activities • Undertaking regular household duties such as cleaning, vacuuming, washing and ironing • Supporting and meeting the Client's daily hygiene and care needs such as showering and dressing • Assisting Clients with their mobility and transport • Provide extra support to Clients with disability or frailty • Running errands and assisting Clients with shopping, banking, and paying bills • Providing companionship and emotional support to Clients • Preparing meals for Clients • Assisting Clients with daily walks and exercise • Arranging outings with Clients, supporting Clients to engage in their community or social activities • Organising appointments to meet a Client's clinical needs.
