• Preparing weekly key management performance reports to relevant stakeholders such as financial controller and other accounting team members. • Preparing Profit and Loss statements for presentation to financial controller. • Report weekly sales record and reconciliation. • Report weekly cost analysis report. • Report monthly inventory reconciliation report. • Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing. • Ensure accurate and timely Bank reconciliation. • Address discrepancies / inconsistencies and ensure follow up in a timely manner. • Identify process improvements in Accounts Payable and related processes to deliver efficiencies. • Ad hoc duties as required
