Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job Descriptions： • Lead, train, guide and inspire the kitchen team to deliver the best results. • Prepare and cook meals and supervise the preparation of meals by kitchen staff. • Manage kitchen consumables, stock takes, ordering, cost control and budgeting. • Develop, test, and introduce new menu items. • Compliance with OH&S and Food Safety standards • Work alongside the management team Requirements： • Have at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience since earning your qualifications. • Are available for shifts across the working week. • Offer proven ability to prioritise, set goals and be determined to achieve them. • Possess a thorough understanding of food safety and HACCP. • Understand cost control, time management, prioritization and cost-efficient procurement practices.
