Job Descriptions： Manage client interactions regarding service costs and complaints, and coordinate with finance on supplier invoice queries. Organize vehicle maintenance, ensure compliance with roadworthiness and OH&S standards, and maintain fleet availability through scheduled servicing. Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining business records. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including driver fatigue management. Contribute to tender submissions and prepare operational statements, while reporting directly to the Director on various tasks.
