Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: - supervise the drilling team and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution; - field analysis and reporting; - review resourcing needs and communicate crew size requirements to meet customer demands; - monitor site activities and identify further opportunities for the company; - build and maintain positive relationships with clients; - ensure that projects are conducted safely and to a high standard of quality; - complete required safety and quality documentation and submit it as necessary; and Requirements: - tertiary qualification in civil/geotechnical engineering - at least 2 years of experience in the geotechnical field demonstrating practical application of knowledge - excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders; - the ability to work autonomously and in a team and collaborative environment; - willingness and ability to travel to multiple job sites; and - basic understanding of construction safety requirements
