Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness and safety of equipment and premises. Check the quality of raw materials and weigh ingredients accurately. Baking and Production:
Knead, mature, cut, mould, mix, and shape dough and pastry goods. Prepare pastry fillings. Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to determine optimal baking times. Coordinate the entire baking process from forming to cooling batches. Glaze buns and pastries, and decorate cakes with cream and icing. Product Presentation and Customer Focus:
Bake and present products that meet customer needs. Stay informed of product and customer trends to drive innovation. Operational Efficiency:
Control wastage to optimize production efficiency. Operate machinery for rolling, moulding dough, and cutting biscuits. Empty, clean, and grease baking trays, tins, and other cooking equipment.
