Senior Desinger:
Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver innovative interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring
they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Develop and present design proposals for detailed drawings and Adobe Creative Suite for visual
presentations.
• Independently manage commercial projects, coordinating all phases of the design process.
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication to meet
project objectives.
• Navigate local regulatory approval processes (CDC, DA) for project compliance.
• Understand construction processes, materials, and quoting to contribute effectively to project planning
and execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape or D5 render for Technical Drawings & Modeling and
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Pdf) for graphic presentations.
• Ability to independently handle commercial design projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with local regulatory processes (CDC, DA) related to commercial renovations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills for effective client consultations.
• Practical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation.
• Holds a valid driver license with capability to drive to work.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, keen eye for detail, and a passion for design
excellence.
