Job Descriptions: Assist Insurance Brokers with processing new business, policy renewals, and endorsements. Provide a broad range of administrative support to Insurance Brokers (preparation of documents, file management, new business quotes preparation etc.). Responding to and/or triaging a broad range of incoming calls and enquiries (phone, online, and email). Collaborate with internal teams and Insurance Brokers to ensure compliance requirements/documents are maintained. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: A bachelor in related field is required A passion for building and maintaining effective relationships with a diverse range of customers. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills. A strong attention to the details with a knack for using technology and systems. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively based on the situation at hand. A willingness to learn and to support others around you.
