Bus Fleet Dispatcherfull time Location: West Melbourne Company Description: We are a dynamic and growing bus fleet committed to providing exceptional transportation services. Due to expansion, we are looking for a talented Dispatcher to join our team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Position: Dispatcher (Full-time) Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and schedule vehicle dispatches based on company shift schedules. * Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely and accurate service. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of company vehicles. * Ensure that all drivers adhere to company rules and regulations and shift schedule arrangements. Tenure Requirements: * Prior management experience preferred. * Attentive and high emotional intelligence * Highly stress resistant * Good English and Chinese language skills required (more local to the company) * Male preferred. * Pr * Ability to interact smoothly with drivers and other staff. * Already in or willing to relocate to West Melbourne. * Preferred if you have driven buses and trucks. * Salary: Excellent salary, negotiable.
