Job Descriptions： Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure departments run smoothly and maintain hotel standards. Manage Staff: Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating the team. Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, quickly resolving complaints or special requests. Financial & Administrative Tasks: Help with budgeting, reporting, and inventory management. Quality & Safety: Ensure cleanliness and safety, conducting regular facility inspections. Support Marketing: Assist with promotional strategies to boost occupancy and revenue. Guest Relations: Act as the main contact for guests, ensuring clear communication and attentive service.
