Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: None

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Desperation： Bookkeeping-Recording invoices； Assist AP function; Manage supplier and customer queries, verifying new customer and vendor details; Assist finance team through month-end and year-end processes; Assist with credit card, banking and balance sheet reconciliations; Assist some administration work. What you’ll need: Valid working Visa; Basic IT skills (especially Microsoft Office) Excel; Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in daily tasks; Ability to use initiative and be proactive; excellent time management skills; Strong work ethic, diligence and integrity; Ability to work well in a team, with flexibility to help out wherever necessary; Be accountable and an open communicator, flagging and resolving issues in a timely manner; Experience working with MYOB is preferred.
