Dandenong South Architecture is looking for a Project Assistant/Junior Drafting (estimator/draftsperson) Job Responsibilities: 1. managing the full project cycle for existing projects, including but not limited to: material procurement, equipment booking, subcontractor control and coordination, drawing adjustment;. 2. Assist sales staff in project evaluation and quotation; 3. Communicate and co-ordinate with internal and external departments to ensure that the project can be carried out smoothly. Position Requirements: 1. architectural/engineering degree or experience, familiar with architectural drawings. 2. Effective communication skills in English, able to communicate with builders, owners and other related personnel; 3. 3. Self-driving car is required, no public transport near the company. Required Skills: 1. Familiar with building construction drawings and understanding of building structure. 2.Understanding of construction building process and specifications; 3. experience in on-site installation of building structures preferred; 4. Able to drive a manual transmission car
