**Position: Office Administrative Assistant and Clerk (part-time/full-time)
**Work Location: Melbourne City Center
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible, suitable for part-time students
**Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and ability to work)
**Position Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily administrative duties, including document organization, data entry, mail handling, etc;
2. assist the team in customer business matching, including answering phone calls, replying emails, scheduling appointments, etc;
3. Maintain office order and ensure the office environment is neat and orderly;
4. assisting in handling customer inquiries and providing basic information on study abroad, immigration and job search;
5. complete other administrative and clerical related work assigned by supervisor.
