Wanted: full-time administrative assistant/accounting assistant We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Accounting Assistant with some experience and conscientiousness to join our team. Position Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant work experience Good independent problem solving and decision support skills Assist in completing daily work related to company administration Accurately complete all types of data entry and organization. If have accounting background, help the company to organize financial statements and related matters. Responsible for answering customer phone calls and record and feedback information in time. Provide basic consultation and support to customers based on familiarization with the company's business. Familiar with common office software (e.g. Excel, Word or Xero accounting software)
