Job Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Management: Responsible for issuing and sending invoices, following up on customer payments and making collections. Handle collections and reconciliations to ensure clear and accurate accounts. Generate relevant financial statements to support management in making financial decisions. Maintain customer financial records and maintain good communication with customers. Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative duties including data entry, document management and filing. Fluent in English to handle emails, phone calls and customer communications. Assist in managing purchasing, vendor interfacing and company operational support. Maintain and update company documents to ensure accurate information.
