Dimond Pony Trading platform (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our" and "us"). This cancellation will result in the cancellation of all your job search, recruitment and enterprise information on our platform.
To avoid losses to you, please read the Notes for Account Cancellation (hereinafter referred to as the "Notes") carefully before confirming the cancellation of your Dimond Pony Trading account, and fully understand the impact of account cancellation on you before deciding whether to continue the cancellation. Once you choose to continue the cancellation, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to accept all the terms of this notice (especially the contents marked in BOLD), and voluntarily bear all the consequences arising from the cancellation.
Please do not cancel the account if you do not agree with any of the following or cannot understand the meaning of any terms accurately. By confirming and checking this Notes on the Internet page, you agree to accept all the contents of this Notes.
1. Please ensure that the Dimond Pony Trading account applied for cancellation is the account that you have registered in accordance with the agreement with Dimond Pony Trading and provided to you yourself by Dimond Pony Trading. Please confirm that you have the right to decide the cancellation of the account on your own and not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Otherwise, any disputes arising therefrom will be borne by you.
2. You should further ensure that your account is in a normal state, that is, it meets the following conditions:
1)This account is one registered by you/your company through Dimond Pony Trading platform and used by you/your company;
2)The account has no assets or debts in the Dimond Pony Trading system;
3)There are no orders that have been served but not paid in the account;
4)There are no outstanding complaints or disputes in the account, including, but not limited to those unblocked or recovered after being blocked, complaining others or complained by others;
5)No records of abnormal login or other unsafe or abnormal behavior have been detected in this account in the last 3 months.
6)The account has no outstanding recordsof restrictions, freezes or other penalties for violations.
If your account does not meet the above conditions but still wants to be cancelled, you can contact our customer service through the method provided in Article 9 of these Notes, and we will complete the verification and processing of your application within 15 working days.
3. Please handle the assets in your account and back up the information and data in your account before applying for cancellation. After the account is successfully cancelled, the user data and account information in your account will be deleted and cannot be recovered again, including but not limited to:
1) User account information: bound mailbox, avatar and introduction in the account, etc.;
2) Clearing of user resume information;
3) Clearing of user behaviors: users deliver, search, browse records, favorites and follows, invitation and notice of interview, etc.;
4) The commercial services purchased by the user will be terminated and the account information used for purchase will be cleared: resume template service, delivery top service, resume top service, resume optimization service, resume modification service, interview counseling service, career consulting service, etc.
4. Please note that the cancellation of the account will also cause any third-party services you use, authorize to log in or use after binding this account through the Dimond Pony Trading account of job seeker to be unable to log in, use or continue to use the above services through this account, and all records generated by the above use will not be recovered. If your job seeker's account is bound to the recruiter's account, when you apply for cancellation of the job seeker's account, the recruiter's account will be cancelled together. After cancellation, both the recruiter's account and the job seeker's account cannot be used.
5. Prior to the cancellation, we need to verify your identity (e.g. through registered email) in order to identify your oblige and ensure the security of the account and the property rights and interests in the account. If you refuse to cooperate to provide authentication, or "authentication" fails, you will not be able to continue to complete the cancellation.
6. Under certain circumstances, such as performing our legal obligations reasonably and necessary, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and abuse, we will retain unidentifiable personal information after the account of job seeker is cancelled.
7. Please note that the cancellation of your account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the cancellation of this account are exempted or mitigated.
8. Matters not covered in the Notes shall be implemented by Dimond Pony Trading in accordance with Dimond Pony Trading User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about the Notes, please contact our customer service through the following ways:
