I. Forerword

The Rules for Publishing Recruitment Information of Dimond Pony Trading (hereinafter referred to as " Rules") is an effective part of the Dimond Pony TradingUser Service Agreement and has the same legal binding force. Dimond Pony Trading reserves the final right to interpret all contents of the rules, as well as the right the updates.


II. Rules for publishing enterprise introduction

Please ensure that the enterprise related information you fill in is legal, true, accurate and complete; All words, pictures, documents and other contents you publish shall not contain any contents that are illegal, inconsistent with public order and good customs, or infringe on the rights and interests of others.

When publishing or updating recruitment information, please publish it according to the Rules, including but not limited to:

1. The enterprise name information (including but not limited to the information used to identify the user account number, such as enterprise name, logo, enterprise introduction, brand name, trademark, picture, business qualification, etc.) shall be consistent with the enterprise's own name and marks, and match the type, business scope and industry of the enterprise.

2. The following circumstances shall not exist in the information of the enterprise name:

(1) Violation of the Regulations on Ecological Governance of Network Information Content

(2) Counterfeiting, phishing or fabricating the names and logos of organizations such as Party, government and military organs, enterprises, institutions and people's organizations;

(3) Counterfeiting, phishing or fabricating the names and marks of news media, or using the name information with news attributes such as news, reports, newspapers and periodicals without authorization;

(4) Counterfeiting, phishing or relating to the geographical names and marks of major spaces such as national administrative regions, institutional locations and landmark buildings;

(5) Deliberately carrying QR code, website, email and contacts, or using homophonic, euphonic and similar words, Pinyin, numbers, symbols, letters and meaningless words to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, seek illegal interests or damage public interests;

(6) Other acts prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

3. The enterprise name, LOGO, brand name, trademark, picture, business qualification and other contents shall be legal, true and effective, and shall not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

4. The LOGO, brand name and trademark of an enterprise shall be consistent with the subject of the enterprise or the enterprise has the right for use.

5. The LOGO, brand name and trademark of the enterprise shall not be the same or similar to other well-known brands.

6. The LOGO of the enterprise shall be consistent with the LOGO actually used in the business process of the enterprise, and different from or similar to the LOGO used earlier by other brands.

7. The basic information, advantages, culture and other words about the introduction of the enterprise shall be legal, true, accurate and complete, and shall not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, so as to facilitate the understanding of job seekers; It is not allowed to publish text and picture contents irrelevant to the basic information, advantages and culture of the enterprise, such as product introduction, price etc.

8. The business address of the enterprise shall be true, legal and effective, and shall be updated in time in case of any change.

9. The website and domain name of the enterprise shall be true, legal and effective. Except the official website, it shall not contain illegal links or other third-party links unrelated to the enterprise. In case of changes, it shall be updated in time.

10. The business content described in the enterprise introduction shall be consistent with or within the business scope registered by the enterprise.

11. The photos provided by the enterprise shall be authentic and identifiable, and the photos of others or irrelevant pictures shall not be used as the avatar of the enterprise.

12. The information released by the enterprise shall not contain any other personal privacy information or business information of other companies.

13. The information released by the enterprise shall comply with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations in Australia.


III. Rules for publishing Recruitment Information

The job information you publish or update must not contain the following content, otherwise there is a risk that it will not pass the review. Even if the information passes the review, Dimond Pony Trading has the right to take some/all of your published jobs offline or blocked at any time if the information is found by Dimond Pony Trading or verified to be correct after user complaints. In case of serious cases, your account and associated accounts will be suspended and will not be opened; in case of extremely serious cases, all accounts under the enterprise will be blocked and there will be no more cooperation with the enterprise.

The jobs published contain information that is illegal and has a tendency to violate the law, including but not limited to:

1. Recruitment content involving pornography and obscenity, such as chartering, prostitution, escorting, private room princess; information involving pornographic services or obscure descriptions of pornographic tendencies.

2. Those involving smuggling, trafficking, transportation, manufacturing of drugs etc.

3. Those involving the use of force or words to physically assault, lead or induce others to commit violence, etc.

4. Those involving national or foreign government dignitaries, domestic and foreign sensitive political events, etc.; involving major national projects and works, etc.

5. Those involving cults, triad societies, terrorist armies and other illegal organizations; containing bloody, bizarre, perverted and other content that makes people feel frightened or uncomfortable.

6. Those involving the purpose of illegal possession and fraudulent acquisition of public and private property by means of fictitious facts or concealment of the truth etc., such as the release of credit card cashing, scalping, make-ups, virtual currency trading, like, etc.

7. Those involving personal or corporate qualifications, certificates and other affiliated contents.

8. Those involving the publication of surrogate pregnancy and childbirth or fertilization, sale of eggs, sperm donation and other contents of surrogacy.

9. Those involving the publication of information that discriminates against others, such as discrimination in education, gender, marriage, geography, household registration, color, nationality, ethnicity, religion, health etc.

10. Those involving personal attacks, infringement of the rights and interests of others or third parties.

11. Those involving violations of relevant laws, regulations and policies.

12. The jobs published contain information about suspected violations and high risks, including but not limited to:

13. The published recruitment information is inconsistent with the actual recruitment results.

14. Publishing a large number of identical or similar job descriptions, which circumstances are serious, resulting Dimond Pony Trading has reason to believe that it is abnormal.

15. Publishing a large number of the same jobs in the same place, which circumstances are serious, resulting Dimond Pony Trading has reason to believe that it is abnormal.

16. Publishing a large number of the same jobs in different places, which circumstances are serious, resulting Dimond Pony Trading has reason to believe that it is abnormal.

17. Publishing information containing untrue HR identity information.

18. Publishing information containing untrue company information.

19. Publishing untrue recruitment information, such as the text contents of the required or non-required items of the name, category, benefits and highlights of the jobs, technical requirements, job description, numbers of employees, nature of work, work address, company address, education, job responsibilities, job requirements, salary level, benefits and labels etc.

20. Publishing jobs such as inexperienced trader, analyst, financial planner, programmer etc.

21. Publishing jobs that involve overseas jobs.

22. Publishing jobs that involve collecting fees from job seekers, such as set-up loans, training loans, training fees, referral fees, medical examination fees, deposits, security deposits etc.

23. Publishing job information that does not provide actual posts, such as part-time typist, cell phone part-time job, manual processing, coupon promotion, POS promotion, game coaching, escort, etc.

24. Publishing non-recruitment information, such as alliance, training, enrollment, advertising, product sales/promotion, seeking cooperation, financing, etc.

25. Publishing job information of follow actors, follow make-up artists, trainees, singers and models etc.

26. Publishing service recruitment information in entertainment clubs, such as nightclub foreman, KTV waiter, bartender, etc.

27. Publishing job information of ocean fishing crew and general labor etc.

28. Publishing content containing direct marketing information, etc.

29. Publishing a job with multiple posts.

30. The published job title contains information other than the job title.

31. The published job information contains contact information, such as WeChat, QQ, telephone, email, fax, official account, QR code, etc. and their deductive forms.

32. Publishing contains special characters, colored fonts, etc.

33. Publishing contents that contain jokes, paid posters, etc. that are not related to recruitment.

34. Individual businesses publish recruitment content for jobs in cities other than the city where the business license is registered.

35. Publishing content involving the recruitment of others to engage in proxy examinations and ghostwriting.

36. Publishing jobs that involve soliciting personal or private information from job seekers or other users.

37. The information published has been reported by multiple users.

38. The information published involves drainage, part-time promotion or attracting users for other platforms

39. Publishing recruitment information about security / security check for off-site training / internship.

40. Publishing recruitment information involving unqualified illegal truck drivers, online car hailing drivers and takeout / meal delivery riders.

41. Publishing recruitment information involving non-employers looking for employees, that is, recruitment information for other enterprises.


IV. Exceptions

Even if the recruitment information you publish and update meets the regulations, that is, there is no violation of the restrictions of Article 2 and Article 3 of the Rules, Dimond Pony Trading still has the right to stop providing services to you and delete the job information you publish in case of the following circumstances.

1. Companies registered in the national enterprise credit information publicity system in the status of cancellation / revocation.

2. Companies that are listed in the list of abnormal operations in the national enterprise credit information publicity system and have serious circumstances.

3. Companies whose registration information cannot be queried in the national enterprise credit information publicity system.

4. Companies that have been adjudicated bankrupt by the court or are in the process of bankruptcy application.

5. Companies suspected of violating laws, regulations or the rules of Dimond Pony Trading platform found in the media or online channels.


V. Rules for Violation

If you violate these rules, the platform can take relevant measures directly according to the offline and online agreements and rules signed with you, and choose whether to notify the user according to the severity of the case. The notified user can submit a complaint to the platform through the channel displayed on the page.


VI. Legal Liability and Exemption

1. In accordance with the development of the Internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, or due to business development needs, Dimond Pony Trading has the right to make modifications or changes to the terms of the Rules, and if there are changes and Dimond Pony Trading has published the contents of the modified Rules on the relevant platform of Dimond Pony Trading, such publication shall be deemed as Dimond Pony Trading has notified you of the modified rules and the modified Rules shall take effect from the date of publication.

If you do not agree to the changes made to the terms and conditions, you have the right to and should immediately stop using the services provided by Dimond Pony Trading. If you continue to use the service, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes made to the terms and conditions.

2. If you violate the laws, regulations, rules or the provisions of the terms of service of Dimond Pony Trading, Dimond Pony Trading has the right to take penalties against you for violations. Any losses or any claims or demands claimed by third parties as a result of or arising from this shall be borne by you.
